Support from TJAF helped to enhance nearly 180 acres of wetlands in the Tar-Pamlico Basin on the Campbell Creek Unit of Goose Creek Game Land. The impoundment is heavily used by migratory birds and outdoor enthusiasts. Ducks Unlimited oversaw restoration work on the impoundment to enhance water quality, wildlife habitat, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Ducks Unlimited was a 2022 grant recipient.
